Very often we hear the phrase the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Right? Recently I read a quote on Pinterest (I love pinterest) that said "The grass is always greener where you water it." We believe this is true in every aspect of our lives. Where are you putting your energy or in other words where are you putting your "water"? Is your emotional "water" being spent involving yourself in drama with family and friends? or finding fault with your spouse? Is your physical "water" being spent watching others achieve their dreams on TV or around you? Is your spiritual "water" being spent holding grudges or feeling victimized by others? God has given us an allotment each day of renewed energy. This blog is sort of a documentary of us taking different facets of our lives and gaining a level of control over them and using our "water" in healthy positive ways. We will be organizing our homes, sharing products we love, spending time with family and documenting the gift of humor in our lives. WARNING: There will be A LOT of humor since lets face it...laughter is the foundation of mine and Teresa's friendship no matter what we are doing we almost always find something to laugh hard about. So stop looking at the neighbors lawn and start nurturing your own. You can do it with us! And since this post is all about watering your own grass...take some actual water and drink it your kidneys are screaming for it....I promise at least mine are .
Hugs and Knucks to all!
Erin
Oh and...
Our actual grass grows greener by hiring a lawn service...lets be honest somethings are just better left to the professionals. Teresa likes Fertalawn...I have had good luck with Stewart's Lawn care....
